Centro Technologies LLC ("Centro") wants everyone to be able to use Centro, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and keyboard-only navigation.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test Centro. We work to make it possible for staff, parents and guardians, players and website visitors to register, pay, communicate and manage their organization on their own, in English or Spanish.
2. The standard we aim for
Centro aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the minimum we work to maintain.
This applies to:
- withcentro.com;
- the Centro app used by organization staff;
- the family and player portal;
- registration and payment pages; and
- the websites that organizations publish with Centro.
3. How we test
We check accessibility when we release new versions of Centro, using:
- automated accessibility checks; and
- manual reviews of key journeys, such as signing in, registering, paying and managing members, using only a keyboard and with attention to how the pages work with screen readers (headings, labels, focus order and announcements).
We fix accessibility problems as part of our normal product work and prioritize those that prevent someone from completing a task.
4. Known limitations
As of the date of this statement, we know of the following limitations. We are working on them, and in the meantime we offer the alternatives described.
- PDF documents. PDF documents that Centro generates, such as invoices, receipts, rosters and schedules, are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same information is available as accessible web pages in Centro, and we can provide an accessible copy on request.
- Game Plan board editor and website builder canvas. The Game Plan board editor (a drag-and-drop tactics board) and the visual canvas of the website builder rely on pointer interaction, such as a mouse or touch, for some actions. Their information is available in list or text form, and we are improving keyboard alternatives.
- Content added by organizations. Content that organizations add themselves, such as images without descriptions, uploaded PDF files and website text, is the responsibility of the organization that adds it. We give organizations tools to make their content accessible, such as fields for image alternative text.
- Third-party screens. Some screens are provided by other companies, such as the Stripe payment and bank verification pages and the Clerk sign-in screens. Those companies publish their own accessibility commitments.
5. Feedback and help
If you have difficulty using any part of Centro, or you need information in a different format, please tell us:
- Email: support@withcentro.com, with the subject "Accessibility"
- Phone: (786) 464-5364
Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do and, if you can, the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you need information from Centro in an alternative format, such as an accessible copy of a document, we will work with you to provide it.
If your question is about content on an organization's own website or about an organization's program, we will also help you reach that organization.
6. About this statement
This statement was prepared on October 1, 2026. We will review and update it at least once a year, and sooner if we make significant changes to Centro.
